About the Role

As an Education Specialist, you will support staff competency development within a patient/family-centered care model. You will act as an Educator, Consultant, Researcher, and Administrator to enhance clinical staff skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs to foster clinical excellence.
• Support staff competency and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care quality.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensed in NJ.
• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of five years of nursing practice, including at least three in an acute hospital setting.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Staff development experience preferred.
