Responsibilities
- Ensure that the school's operations are in compliance with government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites.
- Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys and review the results with relevant parties.
- Aid with faculty recruitment, orientation, professional development, and evaluation.
- Ensure that all instructors are present, and provisions are made for clinical faculty absences.
- Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences.
- Manage and ensure satisfactory student progress through the clinical rotations and Skill lab process.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) a plus!
- 3+ years of experience in clinical education.
- 3+ years experience in direct patient care (hands on nursing).
- Current Connecticut State RN License.
