Role Overview: The Director of Nursing provides leadership for the nursing department, ensuring proper staffing, medication management, and compliance with regulations. They oversee resident move-in and move-out processes, foster positive relationships with residents, families, vendors, and staff, and perform other related duties to maintain high-quality care. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates need at least 2 years of nursing leadership experience, an active Ohio Nursing License, proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office, strong clinical and customer service skills, and excellent communication abilities. Decision-making skills and a valid driver’s license are also required.
