Nursing Director, RN – Senior Living

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care in a senior living community, ensuring high-quality services across independent, assisted living, and memory care settings.
• Oversee all health services, including managing care plans and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams to uphold care standards and improve staff performance.
• Partner with residents, families, and healthcare providers to promote safety, dignity, and wellness.
• Implement quality initiatives and monitor care delivery to ensure exceptional resident experiences.
