Job Description
Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on clinical excellence, patient care, and staff engagement.
Partner with nursing and physician leaders to drive strategic initiatives and operational performance.
Lead change management, process improvement, and innovation efforts.
Oversee recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and staff development.
Mentor clinical and operational leaders to support professional growth and strong clinical decision-making.
Manage departmental operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, productivity, and financial performance.
Collaborate across the organization to improve patient outcomes and advance BIDMC's strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Finance or Hospital Administration preferred.
Licensed Registered Nurse required.
Basic Life Support certificate required.
3-5 years related work experience required and 0-1 years supervisory/management experience required.
Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years supervisory/management experience.

Pay Range
$180,000.00 USD - $230,000.00 USD
