Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Nursing
- Three years direct patient care in an inpatient and/or outpatient behavioral health setting required
- Two years of supervisory experience in behavioral health setting preferred
- Healthcare provider (CPR) certification within 6 months
- Comprehensive crisis management (CCM) certification within 12 months of start date in department/position
- Desire to develop management skills and accept responsibility for department functioning with, and in the absence, of the service line director of behavioral health
- Progressive and successful work history
- Experience in group and individual therapy preferred
- Experience in family and marital therapy preferred
