About the role

The Nursing Team at Messiah Lifeways is seeking dedicated Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. $3,000 Sign On Bonus available to those who qualify!

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with meals, nourishment, and feeding
• Support mobility needs, including transfers with mechanical or staff assistance
• Escort or transport residents to activities, appointments, therapy, and other destinations
• Observe and document resident conditions, behaviors, and appetite; report changes to nursing staff
• Use and maintain equipment and supplies responsibly and cost-effectively

Qualifications

• CNA Certification (required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of long-term care experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with technology: Microsoft Office, POC, Electronic Health Records
• Ability to stay organized, accurate, and focused in a fast-paced environment
