About the role

As a Nursing Clinical Manager at our home-based hospice care facility in Greensboro, NC, you will lead a team of nurses providing compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their families. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff schedules, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure all patients receive quality care.
  • Manage staff schedules to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to nursing staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN license in North Carolina.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hospice or home health care management.
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The Nursing Clinical Manager works a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of the patients and the team.
