About the Role

We are seeking Nursing Faculty to join our team in Ohio. This role offers a professional and rewarding work environment with a direct impact on student success.

Responsibilities

• Provide 18 to 21 instructional contact hours per week in the Akron Nursing Program (classroom and clinical).
• Participate in campus-wide initiatives supporting recruitment, retention, and graduation goals.
• Maintain current knowledge of teaching discipline and field of study.
• Engage in curriculum monitoring and development processes.
• Attend required college functions, including staff meetings, in-service training, and special activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Master’s Degree.
• Valid Nursing License.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills.
