About the role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Bear Mountain at Sudbury in Sudbury, Massachusetts. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality patient care in a warm, supportive, and home-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist with feeding and monitor food and fluid intake
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
