About the role
New London Rehab and Care Center is a short and long term care facility located in Waterford, CT. We are currently seeking CNA's to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and living areas
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Possess a valid CT CNA certificate in good standing
- Experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
