About the role
Pine Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to begin a rewarding career as a Nursing Assistant Trainee. No CNA certification is required to apply. You'll gain hands-on experience while working alongside our experienced nursing team and preparing for our upcoming CNA training program.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, respectful care
- Support the nursing staff in delivering quality resident-centered care
- Learn the skills needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Follow all facility policies and procedures
- Comply with all state and federal regulations
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
Qualifications
- No CNA certification required
- Desire to pursue a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Long-term care experience is a plus but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Schedule
CNA Training Class schedule:
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Classroom instruction from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Skills lab and hands-on practice from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- 36 hours of clinical training required for course completion
After successfully completing the program, you'll be eligible to take the Colorado State CNA Certification Exam.
