You’ll work alongside licensed nurses and healthcare professionals while learning how to provide compassionate, attentive care to residents. What You’ll Do: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and other daily activities. Monitor and record vital signs. Report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff. Assist with mobility and exercise routines. Follow infection control and safety procedures. Complete training sessions and assigned coursework.
