Nursing Assistant - Psychiatric Services Unit

Role Overview: This position involves providing essential patient care and comfort services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role requires performing delegated direct and indirect care tasks to support patient needs. Key Responsibilities Assist with personal needs and comfort of patients.Perform delegated patient care activities accurately and safely. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to work independently and maturely.Excellent reading, writing, and data recording skills.Compassionate attitude toward patient care.Current Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross; certification can be obtained during orientation if needed.MN CNA certification is preferred but not required. Additional Details: This full-time, nonexempt role offers a salary between $20.00 and $23.38 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, pre-tax savings plans, and retirement. Shifts include rotating days, evenings, and nights, with weekend work every other week, and holiday rotation.
