Nursing Assistant - Psychiatric Services Unit

Role Overview: Provide patient care activities and support services to ensure patient comfort and needs are met. Assist with delegated direct and indirect patient care tasks under supervision. Key Responsibilities Perform personal care activities and related non-professional services for patients.Support registered nurses by completing delegated tasks. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 18 years old.Ability to work independently and maturely, with strong communication and record-keeping skills.Compassionate attitude toward patient care.Current Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross; BLS certification provided if not already held.MN CNA certification preferred but not mandatory. Additional Information: This is a nonexempt, part-time role offering $20.00 - $23.38/hour, with benefits eligibility. Schedule includes rotating day/evening/night shifts, every other weekend, and holiday rotation.
