About the role
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nursing Assistant (NA), providing patient-centered care under the supervision of RNs or LPNs.
Responsibilities
- Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
- Providing emotional and spiritual support to patients.
- Administering delegated treatments and recording vital signs and health information.
- Collecting non-invasive biological specimens as needed.
- Performing clerical tasks related to patient scheduling and documentation.
- Preparing treatment areas, cleaning medical equipment, and disposing of biomedical waste safely.
- Maintaining a clean environment and providing one-on-one patient care when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred; must obtain and maintain necessary certifications.
- For non-CNA applicants in North Dakota and Minnesota, registration on the NA Registry within four months of hire is required.
- Applicants in Wisconsin must be on the Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility.
