Work Schedule
100% FTE, Monday-Friday, primary shift 7:00am-3:30pm to help with overnight hold patients. Department is open 5:00am-8:30pm, closed weekends and holidays. Hours may vary based on operational needs.
Pay
Competitive compensation and benefits package. Relevant work experience considered in determining starting base pay. This position may be eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated on FTE).

Responsibilities
- Be a supportive partner with Registered Nurses on the Pre/Post PACU and provide care to surgical patients
- Provide direct physical care and basic nursing procedures and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Assist with activities of daily living, repositioning, transfers, patient mobility, and intentional rounding
- Interact and engage with visitors, patients, and their family members to establish a trusting relationship to provide high quality care

Qualifications
- Graduate of State of Wisconsin Approved Nursing Assistant Program required
- 1 year recent experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred
- Listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry upon hire required
- BLS/CPR certification within 3 months required
