Nursing Assistant - Oncology

Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support an Oncology team in providing compassionate patient care. Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, utilizing clinical skills to assist with treatment and emotional support for cancer patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists including oncologists, hematologists, and surgeons to address physical and emotional needs. Qualifications: Current registration on the State of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or status as an LPN, or a junior nursing student with completed first-quarter clinicals. Must hold a current BLS (CPR) certification. Skills & Key Duties: Provide quality patient-centered care, support treatment plans, and ensure patient comfort. Adapt to overnight shifts, including every other weekend, with 8-hour shifts. Demonstrate strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.
