Nursing Assistant (NA)

Location: Lake St. Louis, MO

Schedule

Full-time Day or Night 12-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM), every 3rd weekend

Pay

$19–$24.10 per hour based on years of experience, plus $2 night-shift differential and $1 weekend-shift differential. Sign-on bonus: $3,500.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data
• Assist patients with personal and daily care, including bathing (bed bath, chair at sink, tub, and shower), oral hygiene, shaving, and hair care
• Deliver meals and snacks, feed patients unable to feed themselves, and document oral intake, including supplements
• Turn and position immobile patients safely while maintaining proper body alignment; participate in mobility program
• Answer patient call lights and perform services that enhance patient well-being
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers

Requirements

• Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Hospital experience preferred
• Certification as a nursing assistant preferred (may be required based on state regulations)

Post-offer employment testing (POETs) is completed as part of the onboarding process before the first day of work.
