Nursing Assistant - General Medical 6T; 0.3 FTE; PM/Night Shifts

Schedule

• FTE: 0.3
• Shift: Rotate PM and Nights; 8‑hour shift with every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Hours per week: 12
• Weekends: Yes

Compensation

$21.04+ per hour

Responsibilities

• Practice and perform basic nursing assistant procedures taught during certification training.
• Maintain medical asepsis and adhere to basic hospital safety policies and procedures.
• Respect the dignity and privacy of every patient and maintain objectivity during patient care.
• Work within the scope of CNA training and under the close supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Receive specific work assignments (both written and oral) and complete them within the scheduled shift.

Requirements

• State of Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current CPR certification or eligibility for certification.
• Availability for the first week of employment (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) for CNA orientation.
