Nursing Assistant - FLEX Department

About the role

Provides routine direct and indirect patient care in a hospital, clinic or home health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and develops and implements care plans
• Administers medications and treatments as directed
• Documents patient progress and communicates with healthcare team members
• Maintains a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
