Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Float Pool (casual)

About the role

This position is casual. It provides direct care to patients and serves their needs in a way that promotes their safety and comfort, under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care
• Aid with nutritional needs
• Offer comfort care and other assistance
• Properly and safely transfer patients
• Take vital signs and complete recordkeeping
• Recognize and promptly report changes in patient condition to the RN
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients

Qualifications

• 6 months of patient care experience
• Completion of one semester of clinical rotations within an accredited nursing program
• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program
• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry

Licensure/Certification

• BLS certified or ability to become certified within 1 month from hire date

Pay

$18.17 - $23.80 / hour

Schedule

Day/Eve/Night Rotation
