About the role

Ecumen Pathstone in Mankato, MN is hiring a Nursing Assistant CNA to join their dedicated team. They offer a full range of care services including assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, adult day services, independent living, homecare, and hospice. Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility.
  • Provide incontinence care, oral care, and support with assistive devices.
  • Monitor vital signs and assist with range of motion exercises.
  • Respond to call lights and safety needs promptly.
  • Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
  • Support admissions, discharges, and accurate documentation.
  • Communicate concerns to appropriate team members.
  • Work collaboratively with staff in a dynamic care environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • One year experience as a CNA preferred.
  • Experience working with Seniors preferred.

Skills

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols.

Pay

The targeted pay range for this job is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Schedule

Schedule Options:

  • Full-Time Day Shift. 6a-2:15p. Schedule includes various weekdays, every other weekend, and every other holiday.
  • Full-Time Evening Shift. 2-10:15p. Schedule includes various weekdays, every other weekend, and every other holiday.
  • Full-Time Overnight NOC Shift. 10p-6:15a. Schedule includes various weekdays, every other weekend, and every other holiday.
