About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report resident health status
- Follow infection control protocols
- Support resident mobility and transfers
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- State of Connecticut CNA Certification
- Proficiency in English
- Previous CNA experience is preferred, but not required
Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with residents and colleagues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
