Responsible
Provides direct care to skilled nursing facility residents and serves their needs in a manner conducive to safety and comfort. Performs tasks such as personal hygiene care, assisting with nutrition, recognizing and dealing with the aging process, and reporting changes in resident condition to the shift nurse.

- Education: None required
- Licenses/Certifications: Must pass educational component and receive certificate of completion within 4 months from date of hire as a student
