Responsibilities
- Assist with basic care for residents in the areas of nutrition, elimination, comfort, mobility, and safety.
- Work collaboratively with health‑care team members to effectively communicate and document accurate information.
- Join a team that cares for each other as much as the organization cares for the patients and residents receiving care at St. Elizabeth’s.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (desired).
- Minnesota Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or ability to complete a training program approved by the registry within 4 months of hire.
- Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (hands‑on learning) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Pay
Base pay of $22.60 per hour.
Schedule
0.5 FTE – schedule based on organizational needs and availability, includes working every other weekend and every other holiday. Scheduled weekly hours: 20.
