Responsibilities
- Support RNs in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey.
- Utilize specialized skills to provide compassionate, personalized care.
- Collaborate within a supportive team to understand and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Assist with daily personal activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Prepare and transport patients as needed.
- Communicate patient concerns to nurses.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- CPR certification is required.
