As a Nursing Assistant, your role allows you to utilize your specialized skills to provide compassionate, personalized care and assist RNs in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities

• Avoids personal injury and infection by following infection control procedures and reporting any unusual occurrences to a supervisor.
• Assists nurses with patients and treatments as needed, including helping patients with daily personal activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Prepares and transports patients and communicates patient concerns to nurses.
• Builds meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Celebrates victories and milestones achieved by our patients.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
