The posted compensation range

The posted compensation range of $18.00 - $23.30 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly rounds on approximately 8 to 10 patients, checking vitals, maintaining whiteboard information, and assisting with care as needed
• Collaborates with RN in implementation of plan
• Assists patients with activities of daily living according to standards of care and hospital protocol
• Reports significant observed or reported alterations in the patient condition
• Assists with patient admission, discharge and transfer

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate
• Documentation of successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training program (preferred)
• One (1) to Three (3) years Nursing Assistant experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
• AZ CNA License (preferred)

Qualifications

• AZ CNA License
