The Nursing Assistant assists patients with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the patient, and is cross trained to Unit Associate. Assists with maintenance of a safe and clean unit environment. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Responsibilities Provides direct observation of patient.Reduces patient risk for falls.Maintains a Safe EnvironmentDemonstrates appropriate working behaviors while sitting in patient room.Patient PrivacyQuality Assurance, Safety, Infection Control and professional growth. Qualifications Education: Required: High school diploma or GED.
