Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and initial assessment for workplace injuries and illnesses in a timely and professional manner.
• Aid in the development and implementation of workplace wellness programs and health promotion initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and detailed medical records and incident reports for all employees.
• Monitor, order, and maintain all first aid and medical supplies for the on-site clinic.
• Support the company's health and safety protocols by assisting with health screenings and risk assessments.
• Liaise with occupational health professionals and emergency services when required.
• Educate employees on best practices for workplace safety, injury prevention, and personal health.
• Perform routine clinical tasks, including taking vital signs and documenting employee health concerns.

Qualifications

• A recognized certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR/BLS is required.
• Proven experience working in a healthcare role, with experience in an occupational or industrial health setting being highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and compassionately with all employees.
• A strong understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection principles.
• Must be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.

Pay

Competitive annual salary of $90,000 - $125,000.

Schedule

Full-Time position based at our facility in Maryland City, Maryland.
