About the role
Our Customer Sales & Service Representatives are knowledgeable, energetic, and consistently deliver the best overall customer experience. This role requires passion and customer obsession while serving commercial and residential consumers in the green industry.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
- Service customers and help with the unloading of trucks/loading deliveries, using Mobile Pro, Cycle Counts
- Associate will be directly responsible for 2 areas of the Yard including weekly and daily cycle counts and rowing/organizing of plants
- Aid customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
- Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
- Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product
- Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
- Inventory management experience helpful
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Skills

The starting pay will depend on factors such as location and experience and will always meet or exceed applicable state and local minimum wage laws.
