About the role
NHC HealthCare Moulton is seeking a Nurse Supervisor, RN / LPN to join their team. The position oversees staffing, admissions, discharges, education, tours to prospective residents, addresses family/resident concerns, and performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staffing and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Evaluate work performance of nursing staff.
- Monitor care provided to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Carry out disciplinary actions as outlined in personnel policies.
- Complete admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as needed.
- Monitor resident lab schedules and follow up on results.
- Follow up on 24-hour report sheets.
Qualifications
- Ability to meet performance requirements.
- Preferred graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN, ASN).
- Licensed to practice in this state.
- Participates in continuing education to stay updated on nursing trends and maintain current licensure requirements.
- Maintains CPR certification.
- Prior experience in Ventilator Unit, Critical care, or Special Care preferred.

Schedule
The position is available on a Night shift basis.
Pay
The position offers a $5000 sign-on bonus.
