• $37- $47.50/hr.
• + $1-4 shift differentials
• $10,000 sign-on bonus

  About the Role

  BaneCare employs only the most highly qualified RNs/LPNs. We are seeking passionate and caring nursing professionals to join our skilled nursing facility in Pittsfield, MA.

  Job Duties

  • Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
  • Supervise all 11PM-7AM Nurses and CNAs
  • Manage staffing changes
  • Support family inquiries and screen visitors
  • Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
  • Ensure high quality resident/patient care
  • Provide support to ancillary staff as needed

    Requirements

    • Must possess valid unencumbered, RN/LPN State License and current CPR certification
    • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
    • Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred
    • Must have minimum of one year experience in long-term care
    • Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
    • Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
