Requirements

• Valid unencumbered LPN or RN MA State License
• Current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, nursing care center, or related healthcare setting preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in long-term care
• Experience in supervision, teaching principles, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervise nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
• Ensure high-quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed

Schedule

7:00am-7:00pm, Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
