Nurse Supervisor Every Other Weekend

About the role

The Nurse Supervisor (EOW) oversees daily operations of the skilled nursing facility at Complete Care’s Barn Hill Care Center in Newton, NJ. This part‑time position supervises certified nursing assistants (CNAs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and registered nurses (RNs), leads the team, and works to elevate resident care. Barn Hill Care Center was honored with the 2025 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award from AHCA/NCAL.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Oversee clinical operations, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Drive quality outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN license.
• Leadership experience in long‑term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work every other weekend, with shifts from 7 am‑3 pm or 3 pm‑11 pm.

Pay

$31 – $47 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time; every other weekend with shifts of 7 am‑3 pm or 3 pm‑11 pm.
