Nurse Supervisor - Registered Nurse or LPN - Part-Time Every Other Weekend

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to oversee resident care in a faith-based, nonprofit long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervising staff and implementing care plans
• Conducting regular rounds to monitor residents and staff
• Ensuring compliance with policies and proper documentation of incidents
• Facilitating communication with healthcare providers and vendors
• Assisting in staffing and providing direct resident care when needed

Requirements

• Current licensure in MA as RN or LPN
• CPR certification
• At least 1 year of nursing supervision or management experience in long-term care
