Nurse Supervisor RN LPN

Works together with the nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while delivering nursing care to patients
• Collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information to the care of patients
• React to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment

Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN / LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
• CPR certified
• Reliable transportation

Pay

USD $28.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
