Nurse Supervisor LPN

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring an LPN Supervisor Full-time to join our Wellness & Home Care teams.
About the role
The LPN Supervisor is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
Responsibilities
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm
- Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
- Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
- Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience in home care or senior care setting (preferred)
- Prior supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Home Care regulations

Pay
$32 - $34 per hour depending on experience
Schedule
Preferred hours are 9:00a-5:00p, Monday-Friday and every other weekend.
