Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and provide nursing care to residents within the facility.
• Ensure the delivery of competent and safe care to all residents.
• Perform basic nursing tasks such as checking blood pressure, inserting catheters, and comforting patients.
• Accurately assess and document patient status.
• Administer and observe patients' responses to medications.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts nursing license as an RN or LPN.
• Previous supervisory experience in nursing preferred.
• CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with long-term care and/or skilled nursing facilities.

$38.00 - $51.00 per hour

Schedule

12-hour shifts, 24-hour coverage
