About the role
We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and coordinate patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between administration, management, and staff.
- Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.
- Monitor staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
- Provide direct patient care when needed and build meaningful relationships to support recovery.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure, BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtained within specified timeframes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum two years recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or team lead, with accountability for staff and patient outcomes.
