Nurse Supervisor

Lead patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts or on specific units.
• Monitor staff performance, providing feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Assume patient care as needed and foster meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure per state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead role, responsible for staffing, issue resolution, and performance management.
