About the role
The role is responsible for leading nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing patient care programs
- Supervising staff
- Monitoring performance
- Ensuring quality treatment
- Acting as a liaison between administration and nursing teams
- Managing staff feedback and evaluations
- Providing direct patient care to support recovery
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as per state requirements
- BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtained within specified timeframes
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead role
