Nurse Supervisor

About the role

Lead and coordinate patient care in a rehabilitation setting, serving as a liaison between management and staff, and building meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery and celebrate their progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized care programs
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure seamless procedures
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations
• Assume patient care when needed

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification (ACLS within one year)
• CRRN certification within eligibility
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
• Prior leadership experience, such as charge nurse, is required
