Nurse Supervisor

About the role

Lead and oversee nursing care within a rehabilitation setting. Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, act as a liaison between administration and staff, supervise nursing services, and manage staff performance through feedback and evaluations. Provide direct patient care when needed, foster meaningful relationships to support recovery, and celebrate patient progress.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations
• BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
• Prior leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead role, responsible for staff and patient outcomes
