Nurse Supervisor

About the role

At Right at Home, you will:

• perform new nursing client onboarding and develop care plan in collaboration with client, family, and other healthcare providers
• perform hospitalization assessment and collaboration with other healthcare interdisciplinary team members as needed to ensure quality care is being provided
• supervise, mentor, and support field nurses
• conduct performance evaluations and competency evaluations for field nurses
• conduct field visits and clinical observations
• new client and nurse hand off training
• delegate from Director of Nursing as needed

Responsibilities

• Active South Dakota Registered Nurse license and in good standing
• Meet the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile
• Able to pass a background check
