Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized patient care programs
- Serve as a liaison between administration and staff

Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification (ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred within specified timeframes)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
- Recent inpatient hospital experience
- Leadership experience as a charge nurse or similar role
