Nurse Supervisor

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and manage nursing care within a rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures; supervising nursing staff and services; monitoring staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline; and providing direct patient care when needed. The role involves serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff, fostering team collaboration, and building meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery. The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, with BLS certification and ACLS to be obtained within one year, and CRRN certification within a year of eligibility. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field is preferred, along with at least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience and previous leadership experience.
