Nurse Supervisor

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and coordinate patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Include Developing and implementing personalized care programs, policies, and procedures.Acting as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline.Providing direct patient care when needed and fostering meaningful patient relationships.Celebrating patient progress and recovery milestones. Qualifications And Skills Current RN licensure per state regulations.BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.Leadership experience as charge nurse or in a similar role, responsible for staff and patient outcomes.
