About the role
Join as a Nurse Supervisor and make a meaningful impact in patient rehabilitation care.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serving as a key liaison between administration, management, and staff.
- Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.
- Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and administering discipline.
- Assuming patient care duties when necessary and building strong relationships with patients to support their recovery.
- Celebrating patient milestones and progress.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within one year.
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience as charge nurse or in a supervisory role.

- Ability to coordinate care and supervise staff effectively.
